His experience includes a distinguished tenure at IBM, where he served as Director of Corporate Brand Strategy and Director of Worldwide Marketing Management. He played a pivotal role in growing IBM's brand value to over $52 billion, consistently ranking among the top five global brands. Brad provided strategic marketing counsel across 25+ business units and vertical industries, collaborating with clients like Exxon/Mobil, Marriott, Bank of America, Intel, Sun Microsystems, Virginia Commonwealth University, VHA, and Volvo Trucks. His contributions were integral to key corporate initiatives, including the Business Consulting Services/PWC Consulting acquisition, Engineering Technology Services, e-business, Life Sciences, Technology Group Storage divestiture, and the articulation of IBM's "Smarter Planet" vision.
